There was an absolute problem on saturday. The extent of the effect of the actual disruption affected some of our communication systems. We were unable to send out the standard messengers that we always do whenever there is a Destruction Ora do whenever there is a destruction or a delay or cancellation. On saturday was a big problem. Many of those messages were starting to come through, we began to reach out to people and yesterday on sunday we we re people and yesterday on sunday we were able to reach out to most of the customers on an electronic method. At the airport we have been handing out individual letters with specific instructions to follow in order to deal with the individual problems. We will continue to do so, we have a back log right now on social media but we will attend to it. We will not stop until we have actually answered each and every message.
