The first parade which will take the holy father from eakins oval to and around city hall will be prior to the start of the festival of families on saturday, september 26th. Reporter second parade happens just before pope francis gives mass on the ben franklin parkway september 27th. Organizers also announced 30,000 tickets for key papal events including 10,000 to see the pope at Independence Hall.
