DARLINGTON, S.C. (WMBF) - The intersection of Orange and Wells streets in Darlington has long had an issue with sinkholes. The holes have been patched, but the problems continue.
âItâs like a ticking time bomb. The time has come, we start being diligent in fixing our infrastructure. Infrastructure has to be done correctly to attract more businesses and residents into our city,â said Darlington Mayor Curtis Boyd.
