It was down the dam that the teenager was sledding when he went out into the water on to the ice fell through the ice and was able to get on to that overflow dam out there. That concrete structure. He climbed out of the concrete structure and fell into the water a couple of times according to witnesses, intense moments here. But then firefighters got here. Two of them put on ice suits and were able to get to him to put blankets over him to try to warm him up. It took an hour before they were able to bring them to shore via a boat.
