Joel Souza, who was shot in the shoulder in Thursday s New Mexico film set tragedy, which killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, was seen on Tuesday near his San Francisco home.
Cherlyn Schaefer, the on-set medic for Alec Baldwin s film Rust, said in her report that she heard a loud bang and then rushed into the church and began tending to Halyna Hutchins, who later died.
