Good tuesday morning. Im reena ninan. And im phillip mena. We begin with another night of unrest in ferguson, missouri. A state of emergency in effect one year after the death of michael brown. Hundreds of people filled the streets overnight, clashing at times with police in riot gear. At one time police unleashed pepper spray. It followed a day of clashes, dozens of arrest. And a shooting the night before. Abcs jim ryan is there. Reporter it was almost a festival atmosphere for several hours with protesters listening to music, socializing, and occasionally lobbing insults at the Police Officers lined up across the street. And this ebb and flow lasting throughout the evening hours now, into the early morning. Mainly young people out here at this point, maybe 18yearolds to 20yearolds predominantly here.
