Even low 60s around the bay by noon and by the afternoon, even though the temperatures will be once again well above average, not expecting any records. Numbers in the midand upper 60s. In the news this morning, developing news, firefighters in marin county are work to go put out a wildfire west of fairfax this morning. Fire was reported along the Fairfax Ridge line near albino lake around 9 20 last Officials Say its an unusual place for a fire. But theres no need to evacuate homes so far and crews have had a tough time getting to the flames. Its fire on a midslope position about a third of a mile off the road and about a halfmile below the closest fire road. So what we are doing about it, we have some engine crews that are cutting their way into the fire right any with hand tools and saws.

The four alarm blaze broke out just before 6 30 at the flames coffee shop in hills day avenue. No injuries are reported and no word on when may have caused the fire. I checked in with the hospital spokeswoman cindy dove, she says she cannot answer any questions. I asked her the nature of the injuries. If family was here. She said she cannot answer any questions at this time but perhaps later. We from chopper two we know that there were a lot of officers gathered here to pay their respects and a hospital employee came out and told me he sees a lot of Law Enforcement officers inside. A lot of activity but we are not allowed to go any where near the hospital. Security guards are posted around the perimeter. We werent even allowed to drive up to the driveway.
