That is when they arrested this man, 31yearold sean phelan. Police say it started when an officer tried to pull phelan over for a traffic violation, then took off, swerving in and out of lanes and running stop signs. Police say phelan ditched his vehicle on scott street and ran. Thats when the k9 unit tracked him down on se 4st and mlk. He was transported the hospital with small abrasions. Police say phelan was wanted by the bureau of alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives regarding a warrant for his arrest relating to firearms.
