Found out that hundreds of homes may have been destroyed in the fire as the flames moved into the lower lake area. Now, it started saturday night off highway 29 and Clayton Creek road. Police were investigating a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot. There was one officer looking into it when the suspect approached. There was a fight and and the officer requested help.
