Dalton Olson, Texas father of the 5-year-old boy whose remains were believed found Wednesday, expressed his disbelief that his girlfriend was involved in the boy s disappearance.
Theresa Balboa, 29, was jailed in Houston on Friday and had her bond set at $500,000 on a charge of evidence tampering in the death of Samuel Olson after judge deemed her a flight risk.

Police arrived at the motel and discovered a small body stuffed into plastic back and wrapped with duct tape inside the bin
