Federal agents took several electronic items and storage devices from Ray Holmberg's home in November, including some the state of North Dakota gave him to use as a lawmaker, his attorney confirmed.
Under the current bill, 4%, or about $19.96 million, of Legacy Fund earnings would be available to the state’s universities and colleges for research purposes. Of those dollars, 90% would be evenly split between UND and NDSU, with the remaining 10% being available to the other nine schools in the North Dakota University System.

Police Chief David Zibolski said the two troublesome bars were The Empire Tavern in downtown Fargo on Broadway and the Africa International Restaurant and Night Club, 4554 7th Ave. E.
Officials earlier wouldn t release the names of the two operations that faced possible fines or license suspensions.
