Coco Stedman walks out on Sam Carraro on Married At First Sight
Coco Stedman walks out on Sam Carraro on Married At First Sight Demeter Stamell For Daily Mail Australia © Provided by Daily Mail MailOnline logo A furious Coco Stedman left Sam Carraro on Tuesday s episode of Married At First Sight, after he criticised her for a challenge, which saw them ranking the show s brides and grooms in order of attractiveness. After Coco, 30, ranked Sam sixth in attractiveness out of all the grooms on the show, he decided to confront her, despite him placing fellow bride Alana Lister in the number one spot. I think that was a little bit childish. I think that was a bit of a swipe. I m not gonna cop that, the 32-year-old confessed after he d ranked Coco fourth out of all the brides.

Daily stretching is better at reducing blood pressure than a walk
Daily stretching is better at reducing blood pressure than a walk Ryan Morrison For Mailonline © Provided by Daily Mail MailOnline logo People with high blood pressure are better off having a stretch at home rather than going out for a walk if they want to lower their blood pressure, study finds. University of Saskatchewan researchers had a group of 40 high blood pressure sufferers split into two groups - one did stretching and one did walking. Half an hour a day of whole body stretching exercises reduced all types of blood pressure by more than a brisk walk over the same amount of time, they found.
