Dimapur, Nov. 7 (EMN): The Sub-Urban Police Station, Dimapur, in collaboration with women empowerment cell of Pranabananda Women’s College (PWC), Dimapur, organised a ‘Cyber Jagrookta (awareness) Diwas, 2022’ on Monday at the college premises. The college in an update informed that the objective of the programme was to spread awareness of cyber crime among the students. Resource person, Asabo Newmai, UBSI, CP office, who delivered a talk on cybercrime, stressed on the benefits of being cyber-hygienic. He advised students not to click the link sent from unknown sources, to activate the two-step verification on social media platforms and not to accept friend requests from unknown persons or from duplicate friend profiles.
