I am talking about the coast guard, the Monmouth County sheriffs office, the nypd, the nypd aviation, the fdny, state police here in new jersey, also, the nypd is using the side sonar or sidescanning sonar equipment down in the water trying to lo kate this vessel. Now were told that it is a fishing boat 40feet long. And the name of the fishing vessel is elhefa. The numerous reports of this boat going down at 4 30 this afterpoon. Reporter jim, people here in west chester tonight still reeling over alarming incident at Chester County Justice Center but Sheriff Deputies being credited for reacting quickly before the apparently deranged man could harm anyone else. Authorities have identified the assailant as 34 yearold curtis smith of coatsville, the same man who made International Headlines earlier this year. Curtis smith appears to be the same individual, who jumped the white house fence, in march of this year.
