A significant snowstorm continues to produce accumulating snow for much of Montana especially the central part of the state with a new storm and more snow likely through Friday.
Another round of widespread snow will affect Montana over the next few days, with more moisture helping to put a dent in the drought and add to the mountain snowpack.
The first weekend of February was wet and snowy with a record amount of precipitation falling in parts of Montana. We need more and this week will stay unsettled.
