More importantly i am an advocate for people with disabilities and have been for a long time and recently joined the council and they have been partners to us as well and it is important for the people to think about, this is not charity, this is, you know, this is a good human thing and this is the only Minority Group that you can join at any given time and it is pretty mind glowing to think of it that way and i am proud to say that the academy of sciences supports this effort and we have already incorporated it into the normal and every day hiring practices.
