announcing about an hour ago during the faulkner focus that they will be charged with involuntary manslaughter in the deadly shooting. that cinematographer died in 2021, 15 months ago, on a new mexico movie set. aldo and was pointing a pistol at hutchins, killing her, wounding the director. the assistant director onset signed an agreement, leading guilty into negligent use of a deadly weapon. those pending criminal charges came nearly 15 months after the incident as i mentioned. the district attorney says she will file them before the end of the month. the prosecutor puts it this way. if any one of these three people had done their job, halyna hutchins would be alive today. it s that simple. emily, first of all, you ve got four people involved, one of them now who has already needed guilty. how does that affect the cases of the other people? emily: it depends whether i would be admissible in that particular case. let s just walk it back for a customer viewers for a mome
