Three residents of a san mateo nursing home have tested positive for coronavirus and have been transferred to the hospital. Iteam reporter dan noyes has this exclusive report. San Mateo County Health confirms to the iteam that it is investigating how the coronavirus infected at least three residents at atria burlingame. The nursing home is closed to visitors and family. The families are freaking out. And also because they cant see their loved ones. They cant see them physically, at all. And we dont know when we will. Both of julie berkes president s are atria residents. Her 103yearold father is in the hospital and just happened to take her 83yearold mother home for dinner sunday. She would like both to be tested for coronavirus, but atria and the county say they wont give tests unless the patient shows symptoms. Im not happy about it, but i dont know what i can do about it.
