It is often said that art has the power to heal.
But fine-artist and cosmetic tattooist Crystal Lina takes it a step further she creates artwork on the human body as a way to help people recover from severe illness and trauma.
Ms Lina has made it her life s work to help trauma survivors embrace and reinvent their physical scars. The idea is to camouflage, so it may not completely eradicate it, she said.
