Theres been reports of San Francisco, sunset district, financial district to oakland. There it is. Some of this is reducing visibility. You combine that with the fog. Its a tough, tough way to drive. It looks like its tapering off a little bit. You can see on the back edge and now moving over the bay bridge, heading to oakland, emeryville and berkeley. Things are lit up over san pablo bay, crockett, richmond, concord, novato as well. It looks not as intense bands but theres still stuff moving through, livermore, fremont, to san mateo. It looks to be the cutoff is san mateo there. But still some of the rain is beginning to pick up. Take out the radar. Just show you the cloud development. Watch how rapidly that develops. Morning commute. Right now, it doesnt look like were seeing much rainfall. You can see quite a bit of traffic there waiting to get through the toll plaza. Traffic is speeding through in the fastrack lanes. And the carpool lanes. But there are some spots you will want to avoid. Sal will tell us about that coming up in 60 seconds. Thieves apparently picked out the most available items at a warehouse that stores much needed supplies for a contra costa charity and volunteer organization that serves a local high school. New at 10 00, john sasaki live in Contra Costa County where those thieves hit sometime during the past week. John reporter frank, those two groups they store all of their supplies here and tonight they are devastated. One gives High School Seniors a night of their lives and the other delivers christmas to thousands of people who would other wise go without. Reporter Christmas Trees in march, but here in Contra Costa County there is not much christmas cheer. After 28 years it shuts us down. Reporter these organizations help supply christmas to hundreds of people every year. Anyone who needs christmas. The Santa Cruz Metro highway 17 express bus will run from santa cruz to san jose on its normal schedule this morning. Free vouchers will be available for those attending the Memorial Service. Amtrak, caltrain also serving downtown san jose are offering free travel for Law Enforcement personnel that might be going to the funerals. A memorial has been growing meanwhile outside the Santa Cruz Police Department Since the officers were killed more than a week ago. This is a live look at the memorial this morning as members of the department prepare to pay their final respects to their two fellow officers. Just an outpouring of support there.
