民政部：孤儿、事实无人抚养儿童认定申请受理可“跨省通办”
央视新闻讯 民政部6月30日印发《关于开展孤儿、事实无人抚养儿童认定申请受理“跨省通办”工作的通知》，《通知》要求，自6月30日起，在全国范围内全面实施孤儿、事实无人抚养儿童认定申请受理“跨省通办”工作。
《通知》明确，开展孤儿、事实无人抚养儿童认定申请受理“跨省通办”工作主要包括三方面任务：
一是优化申请方式。孤儿、事实无人抚养儿童认定采取任意地受理申请，户籍地负责审核的形式办理，申请人申请孤儿、事实无人抚养儿童认定，可以向全国范围内任意乡镇人民政府（街道办事处）提出，不受户籍地限制。
二是规范办理流程。各地按照异地代收代办方式，统一使用全国儿童福利信息系统，受理孤儿、事实无人抚养儿童认定申请，并推动建立数据�
