Anchorage's Library Advisory Board voted to have the municipal attorney look into the legality of a book at the public library in reference to a state statute that includes "exploitation of minors" in its language.
The board had sidestepped its existing process for reconsidering library materials and voted instead to refer the book directly to the municipal attorney last week.
