It took him a few years, but Josh Allen showed the NFL world what he’s capable of this past season. Although it didn’t end with a Super Bowl ring, the former first-round pick appears to be a legitimate MVP candidate for years to come.
Allen finished the 2020 season with 4,544 passing yards, 37 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. The most impressive statistic was his completion percentage, as it increased from 58.8 to 69.2 over the span of just one year.

Mar 26, 2021 ESPN s Adam Schefter was the first to break the blockbuster trade news between the San Francisco 49ers and the Miami Dolphins. The Niners surrendered their first-rounders in each of the next three drafts, plus a third-rounder next year, to move up from No. 12 overall to No. 3.
This wasn t a deal that came out of nowhere. Schefter also reports that the 49ers have been attempting to trade into the top five for several weeks. General manager John Lynch and his staff didn t just speak with Miami. They also had discussions with the Atlanta Falcons at No. 4, and the Cincinnati Bengals at No. 5.
