Reporter Law Enforcement tells us that devin kelley wearing black and Tactical Gear opened fire outside the church before continuing inside, shooting at parishioners. He exited the church, a local resident, grabbed his rifle and engaged that suspect. Reporter kelley ran and was later found dead inside his car, although its not clear yet
