Revis. A spokesperson says thats because the 15yearold did not fit the criteria of critically missing. The missing person is only published if they are considered critical. What is critical . The Montgomery County police decide if someone is a critical missing person by using criteria outlined by the National Crime Information Center or ncic. Ncic has had a missing person file since 1975, and this right here is the criteria they use when deciding what cases go into the national system. One is that the missing person is under the age of 21, and thats been a requirement since 2003. At 15, revis was clearly under 21. Another if theres indication they may be in physical danger.
