Opening episode two with a lady in a billowy sneaking-around-cloak committing some light B&E with the aid of lockpicks? Perfection. Of course, the lady in question is none other than our pal Victoria Mars, who quickly makes her way into the office to do some desk rifling. A locked drawer is no match for our heroine, but just as she secures the bag of money she presumably came here for, a central casting Creepy British Child appears out of thi
