Under which disagreements on where they would go with inspections would be. Inspections you can have difficulty of proving the negative, the country like iraq or iran or israel is very big and to prove the negative there is nothing and its very difficult but with the additional thought and measures they anticipate i think you will have a very professional and expensive infection and risk of being discovered renear mouse are enormous and in iraq in the 1990s that intelligence was hijacked with inspections and there was an article in the london review books the other day where one of the inspector whose showed and reported and showed us how much the Intelligence Agency and inspectors and iran must be aware of that and its important that iea remain independent and standoff an attempt to hijack the inspection.
