Outside the courthouse in oakland, where the sentencing was just announced. Jessica. Reporter michelle, kenny, i was in the courtroom as one goh came out and i can tell you he appeared disheveled. He was wearing a tan sweatsuit, long hair and he sat quietly as the judge read the sentence telling him he will spend the rest of his life in prison. The lawyer says that goh is mentally competent enough understand his actions enough to understand his actions five years after the shooting rampage. The 48yearold entered a plea of no contest of killing 7 people at his former school, Oikos University in oakland, in 2012. The judge found him guilty of 7 counts of firstdegree murder sentencing him to 7 consecutive terms of life each victim witho possibility of parole. Family members of the victims addressed the court. It was an emotional hour, one calling him a coward. Goh made no comments but his lawyer addressed the court on his behalf saying goh hopes his sentence brings closure and that, quote
