A green light tonight from the National Park service. They are allowing a group called patriots prayer to hold a free speech rally this weekend. Jenna, the Park Service Said that there are some security concerns and they are trying to find a balance. Reporter they did approve the rally despite strong opposition. Some are worried that the area could become a battlefield like charlottesville. And they said White Supremacists looking for violence will not be welcomed. The wide open space here is officially the place for the controversial prayer patriots rally. A long statement was issued on wednesday saying we cannot deny a permit to anyone exercising First Amendment rights, but we can deny it for Public Safety reasons. That will only occur if Law Enforcement cannot handle the event. Whether a permit is issued or not, they see a lot of people will be coming and expressing their opinions. Sunscreen this time of year. Very important. Thats on angle a lot sharper, burn time greatly reduced. Heads up there, use the sunscreen even for some of those field trips. Driver. It happened near north Lakeland South of rock lake elementary. Thats where we find Johnny Fernandez. Police are telling you this car was reported stolen, johnny. Yeah, thats right. Thats why it is making it more difficult for police to find that driver. We did get word the car will be sent to be processed by the forensic unit to hopefully find some evidence to trace that driver. The scene cleared within the last two to three hours. I want to show you what it looked like moments after the crash. Take a look at the video. Police say they got here when they got here, they found a silver mitsubishi eclipse crashed into the living room area of the home. We also did get word that Code Enforcement responded to the scene and boarded up the damage. We are back out live. We know there were two people inside of the home at the time of the crash. Rendon has the story. Reporter people are using Water Bottles and throwing them at passing vehicles. California Highway Patrol says its happening on highway 12 between sebasta pool and santa rosa. So far theres been four reported cases the latest a school bus that had its side mirror blown out today. No kids were on board. But last week a bus driver was shaken up after a bottle broke the windshield glass. Our driver had cuts from the glass on her arms. Its a matter of concern.
