Many years ago, we had a chapter of the Anti-Saloon League in Carroll County. As one can easily understand from the name, the Anti-Saloon League opposed the sale of alcohol.
In the last 20 years the Carroll Arts Center has proven invaluable as not only a center for arts and cultural events, but also as a critical economic development driver.
