EVANSVILLE, Ind.  The second week of minimal coronavirus spread in the area means that Vanderburgh County finds itself in the blue once again. The Indiana State Department of Health publishes a color-coded map each week, with four different colors each denoting a particular severity of the outbreak and in turn certain restrictions.
