of new people, because every school around the country has different weeks off for spring break there are a lot of countercultural programming events happening and you re looking at it right here live right now. that is a florida international university sponsored beach volleyball tournament. behind it is provolleyball tournament and over on the stage there are three stages actually set up. they ve got bands that are playing live, a country band just wrapped up on that stage. so they re setting up for next banding. but yeah, the stampede of last night was short-lived and the city has decided they are not going to use what happened last night as a reason to do what they did a year or two ago where they impose a curfew on the entertainment district that is in south beach. they re not going to go back to doing a curfew at this point despite last night s deadly shooting. everybody just wants peaceful and nice behavior. and so far all day today and so
