Ramaphosa ends leadership vacuum at NPA Updated Karabo Tebele Share this: President Cyril Ramaphosa filled four high-level vacancies at the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) including the Deputy National Director of Public Prosecutions (DNDPP) position. GCIS Advocate Anton du Plessis has been appointed as the DNDPP. President Cyril Ramaphosa made the appointment after consultation with Justice and Correctional Services Minister Ronald Lamola and NDPP Shamila Batohi. Other senior appointments include Lebogang Dineo Baloyi who will be taking up a position at the Specialised Commercial Crime Unit, Bonnie Currie-Gamwo who will aim to strengthen the sexual offences division and Priya Biseswar as a director at the Asset forfeiture unit.
