hanna in poland, thank you for joining us. at the very least we are happy you are safe right now. thank you. joining me now from washington is nbc news correspondent heidi, we have two bits of news from this story, and one of them is about oil and i want to get to that in a second. first what poland has just announced that they are going to hand over their soviet-era fighter jets to the americans. ukraine wants those jets. any word if the americans are going to hand them over to the ukrainians? reporter: no word yet but it does appear to be the first step in some kind of a swap here. to get those jets to the ukrainians they would have to be transferred conceivably by the americans and now the germans saying they are welcoming other countries to do the same.
you know, we know donald trump is incapable of doing this. so it requires donald trump to understand, to know what he doesn t know, which is actually an important quality of great leadership, to know what he doesn t know and put people in charge who actually can sort through all of this. if he doesn t, then this crisis is going to get much worse very quickly. so tomorrow is another big day at the ballot box. six states are holding primaries. michigan has the most delegates up for grabs at 125. joining us now from michigan is nbc news correspondent heidi, who spoke to a number of voters in the state before they head to the polls tomorrow. what did you find out? reporter: i sat down with a few of the thousands of fems for dems here in southeast michigan. they are a grassroots organizing powerhouse that was behind the

based on the facts. heidi, the democrats questioned the witnesses about three articles of impeachment. let s listen. you testified the president s conduct here immaterial pla indicates three categories of high crimes and misdemeanors. abuse of power, betrayal of the natural interest and corruption of elections. is that right professor karlan? yes, it is. and professor feldman and professor gerhardt, do you agree? yes. yes, sir. any one of these actions alone would be sufficient to impeach the president according to the founders, but is it fair to say that all three causes for impeachment explicitly contemplated by the founders abuse of power, betrayal of our national security, and corruption of our elections are present in this president s conduct, yes or no, professor feldman? yes. and professor gerhardt? yes, sir. and professor karlan? yes. you all agree. are any of you aware of any other president who has essentially triggered all three concerns that animated
