The Oyo State Police Command and the State Security Network Agency known as Amotekun have disagreed over how the later have been handling suspected criminals arrested by its men.
The Commissioner of Police in Oyo State, Mr Chris Enwonwu, in a statement on Tuesday by the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Mr Olugbenga Fadeyi, alleged that Amotekun had brought badly injured suspect who could not be taken into custody to the police.
The CP said the police would not longer accept to keep suspects in bad shape in their custody because such suspects could die.
