(WBTV) - North Carolina reports its fewest single-day COVID-19 case count since early in October. The state reported 688 new confirmed cases on Monday. The state said there are 815, which is the fewest reported since early September. The total number of people who have died of complications with the virus is now 12,891 in the state. total positive cases. Officials say 12,921,812 tests have been given in N.C. as of Sunday, and the percent of positive tests reported was 4.7 percent.
