The number of micro containment zones in Bengaluru stood at 158 in 8 zones with the Mahadevapura zone topping the list with the most number of containment zones (42).

Bengaluru: In what could hint towards probable flouting of social distancing norms at a time when cases of coronavirus are on a decline, 103 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in Bengaluru. The cases were detected after group attended a party in the city earlier this month.
The entire apartment has now been converted into a containment zone. The testing of residents was undertaken after some of the neighbours showed symptoms of COVID-19. Over 1000 people were tested by the administration, and 103 have tested positive so far.
