day. tim gaughan is in the newsroom. what did they do, spin it down, tim? tim gaughan? sometimes the best laid plans. i m looking to see if i can find out the answer. tim, you got us? i can hear you, can you hear me? yeah. sorry, severe newsroom conditions. the two young women walked off the ride. very comp calculated. they were stuck up there for the better part of an hour. miami fire dade brought in an engine with a 50-foot ladder. the 100-foot ladder arrived but got called to another call. a cherry picker came and wasn t tall enough. somehow they got control of the ride and were able to lower the two young ladies down. they were very patient, sat there well over an hour. the ride is called the space roller and they were over 70 feet in the air, which is why they needed the 100-foot truck but it never got there. ground on this place here. the safety inspectors were called this week after a little boy fell off a ride. not that ride, a different ride, at the miami-dade
