Now he is in a world of financial hurt and i think that i demonstrated that in the package that i gave to you and i think that he just does not have the capacity to make these repairs and he is trying to buy as much time as he can. You know, the building had a notice of foreclosure and there are tax liens and etc. , my family and i want to live in a good, clean, safe, environment where the building complies with the code, and with the building laws.
