The vhhp and one of the projects here is going to be applying for that. Well be relying on the state for that support. Another piece of the pie is local capital. Thats why im here. Our sources include our Housing Trust fund, the 2015 general Obligation Bonds for Affordable Housing. We have inclusionary fees. In 2016 we passed proposition c and theres different sources of funds that all go in the pot and these projects will be eligible for some and well also in addition to capital were often in the position of providing direct rental assistance or federal government assistance. We had the operating support for homeless households and theres projectbased rental systems through Family Housing at hud and cpd and housing for persons with aids. Reporter about 125 acres have burned and they say about 150 residences have been evacuated. The santa cruz Sheriffs Department is going door to door trying to get people out. They say there are about 150 of those homes that they are trying to get to to get out of the area those are mandatory evacuations this he also you say if anybody is in the peripheral area of this fire, las couple brass area is part of the place that has been evacuated as well. If you are not in the evacuation area but if you feel unsafe and then theyre saying go ahead and leave the area. There are road blocks out here on highway 9 and also on bear creek road. You can get out on highway 9, they stopped that construction so people can leave but if you do leave they are not letting people up into the area.
