Of course, weve been keeping a close eye on fires burning in napa and Sonoma County. Thats right. At least total, 57,000 acres are now burning in Northern California. And there isnt any containment on these fires, but this is a welcome shot. I want you to look at your screen. Fires and others evacuated from other hospitals that had to close. Katie utehs with more. Reporter within the last half hour saw a couple of fire trucks pull up, unloaded injured firefighter, looked like had bandaged hand. Had to clear out many of their own patients to make room for the firerelated injuries. See some of the nurses manning the gate for the ambulances coming in and out. Latest that we have from the hospital, they have about 60 firerelated patients. Some from sutter and kaiser facilities that were evacuated. Saw that video earlier. Smoke inhalation and actual injuries. 14 with moderate, 45 with minor injuries and two critical burn victims here. Hospital staff asking people displaced by fire go to one of the many shelters, need to focus efforts on treating people who are physically injured.
