As i mentioned in my presentation we repurposed that for control given that the facility is 1940s technology and hasnt kept in part to what we believe we should be doing for that community. We have purposely only had 9 digesters working. Weve known that salt of that we needed to replace that which will be the next item for you for your consideration. But we did regular routine inspection which identified this particular emergency followed by more deat detailed inspection. We do not believe its poor planning but we do believe we are dealing with a facility that is beyond its life and particularly the Operation Staff are doing a great job given its age and technology and really trying to be responsive to the neighborhood that is literally across the street from us.
