Over the past year, our priorities have changed due to the current health crisis, and health and wellness have taken a front seat. We are washing our hands more, trying to build up our immune system with healthy eating, and aiming to keep our hearts beating strong and lungs healthy.
Many times with a physical activity, we try out something new for a short time, but it does not become a long-term lifestyle habit that we can sustain. We invest in memberships and fancy equipment that we may lose interest in overtime. Other times we lose interest due to not having the support to keep going.
