According to a recent study, a significant number of Indian retailers do not perceive e-commerce as a significant threat to their business operations. Only 18 percent of those surveyed reported that their sales have been affected by the presence of online selling platforms. The study also highlighted that the top industries where offline sales continue to dominate are Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Retail, with 97 percent, followed by Food and Beverage at 95 percent, and Consumer Durables and Electronics at 93 percent.
