The brother of a slain policeman has choked back tears while slamming Richard Pusey - the Porsche driver who filmed four officers as they lay dying after a horrific crash.
Pusey had been pulled over for speeding at 149km/h in his Porsche on the Eastern Freeway in Melbourne when a truck driver crashed into the emergency lane on April 22 last year.
Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor, Senior Constable Kevin King, and Constables Glen Humphris and Josh Prestney died in the crash.
Instead of helping, Pusey retrieved his phone and slowly walked around and filmed the scene, zooming in on the dead and dying officers and their injuries.

Pusey, who avoided injury because he d been urinating off the side of the freeway, did not help but instead filmed the scene.
âItâs really an attitude that because of the media attention that heâs received that somehow heâs going to be a problem for them,â the judge said.
He added the report seemed to be âmotivated by not wanting to deal with this man because heâs unpopularâ.
âThe attitude of corrections is [heâs] beyond rehabilitation,â judge Wraight said, noting it was still within his power to place Pusey on such an order regardless.
âYou would hope that they are not treating him any differently to any other offender, but it seems they are.â
Corrections Victoriaâs Jennifer Grass confirmed to the court Pusey was considered unsuitable for a community order âfor a number of reasonsâ.
