Allan David Forster Rice, 37, of Dundee, was arrested for strangulation and fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.
March 30
Shane William Cooper, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.
April 1
Dustin Jay Knutson, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and harassment. Bail was set at $25,000 and the case remains open.
April 4
Ky Ramsey Schaad, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for reckless driving. He was booked and released; the case is pending.
April 6
Adrian Pereda Perez, 50, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and probation violation. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.
Chapel Hill Police Searching for Suspect in Bank Robbery
The Chapel Hill Police Department is searching for a suspect in a Saturday afternoon armed robbery.
According to a release from the department, a person walked into the PNC Bank at 841 Willow Drive around 12:45 p.m. on Saturday. After showing a weapon, the suspect then stole cash, left the bank on foot and headed toward Conner Drive up the street.
Police said the suspect is described as a black male who is about 5-foot-10 and weighs around 150 to 160 lbs. In footage of the robbery, the suspect is seen wearing a blue shirt, green jacket, dark-colored blue jeans, purple surgical gloves and a dark blue UNC hat.

LISBON A New York man, who allegedly sliced a local man in the head and back with a razor blade at a former motel was among 50 people indicted by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury this week.
Naquan P. McCorkle, 35, Lynbrook, N.Y., is charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and attempted murder, a first-degree felony. In the early morning hours of Nov. 30, McCorkle is accused of cutting Brian Custer with a razor blade in attempt to end his life at the location formerly known as the Trails End Motel on state Route 45 between Lisbon and West Point.
