The headline is the merger that will create three companies the major Agricultural Products division will be headquartered at chestnut run just west of down toin wilmington. Iowa and indiana really wanted the headquarters, but the governor says ready to go work force here, great collaboration with a number of state offices and tax incentives made delaware a great spot. This doesnt help employees already losing their jobs but doesnt make a bad situation worse.
