He vowed someday he would organize a Shakespeare festival. As co-artistic director of Hartford’s Playhouse on Park, part of the Theatre Group, Inc., he is now getting to do just that. The group will present the inaugural season of the Connecticut Shakespeare Festival at Auerfarm in Bloomfield July 7 to Aug. 22.
