Talking hunter, republican from california. You set them back a decade or 2 or three. Hi, janet. Caller good morning. I just cant understand some of these people. It seems like they are just lying. They cant to see that obama is trying to run this country and that is what he said when he got in there to start with. He would change america. I just cant believe that people can see through this man. I am just so disgusted i could go talk in our myself talk an hour myself. I think you listen better than anyone. I appreciate you. Host richard in ohio. Hi, richard. Caller hi, greta. You there . Host yeah, we are listing. Caller i think john boehner did a good job on that. It is very important, because if you look back when the bush , theystrators were there created a lot of the debt that we are in now because of the fact that they put us in a war that shouldnt have in their we shouldnt have been there. Furthermore, the healthcare law , we already had a broken health. Are system from the star
Now on president obama desk. What made it dramatic . What made it dramatic, we knew it would probably pass but in the senate there are procedural hurdles requiring a 60vote threshold to move to final passage. Sometimes they can work out a deal where it just requires a majority vote but ted cruz, a republican in the senate, voiced against using that threshold, moving for 60 votes to move on the bill. That would require at least five republican senators to put their necks out on the line on a bill thats politically hurtful to them. So it was dramatic in a way that we didnt know how many and which senators on the republican side would vote to move forward with this bill. And what was most surprising to us was that minority leader Mitch Mcconnel who is in a reelection fight, facing a primary challenge, was one of those who voted to proceed with this bill. He, of course, is the leader of the republicans in the senate and john boehner, the House Speaker, earlier this week, did the same thing
Difference and what is delaying adoption of that one . It is easier to describe how why itke a describe than has been a problem so far. They make a difference because that can be put takeselectronic poll book care of a lot of sort of antiquated paper that is in a place. Much more l up information including signature i. D. And ion and photo cut down on traditional lane problems that have lane that have line problems. They are a low cost simple solution to putting a lot of paper in one place where poll t access it easily. How about the implementation . This goes into the morass we have fallen into with technology. Is that the roblem Certification Program for new systems is fatally broken. New systems are having a great difficulty coming onli online. Because the access it certifica takes so long and is virtually impossible to get some of the solutions are just proving very nettlesome manufacturers to find a market to put them in place.
