You look here, these Police Officers are directing traffic blocking off the area to make sure no one drives down constitution avenue en route to the washington monument. Minutes after the center reopened to tourists this morning, two suspicious packages turned up on the grounds, visitors were kept away and streets closed while police cleared and checked the unattended bags.
